WEDDINGS

Exclusive use of restored 1921 stone barns in the Barossa, with three days to make it yours.

Photo: Emma Faith Photography

Built in 1921 from hand-dug local limestone and bluestone, the barns have been lovingly restored by the Schuster family into a rare find in the Barossa: casual luxury, open space and full flexibility for your wedding day.

With exclusive use over a three day hire, you can choose your own caterer, bring your own drinks for your bar team to serve, and add your own touches to the styling, with a day either side to set up and pack down without the rush.

The Barns of Freeling is an Exclusive VENYU Property, so you'll have the full support of our Event Managers from your first enquiry to the last dance.

THE SPACES

The Upper Lawn offers an incredible northern vista across kilometres of open farmland. A beautiful space for a smaller ceremony, lawn games or pre-reception drinks.

The Lower Lawn is home to the iconic windmill, with plenty of room for a large ceremony or an outdoor reception under the stars.

The Main Room features a cosy fireplace and full-length glass sliding doors, and seats up to 100 guests.

The Jarrah Room, with exposed timber beams and original jarrah floorboards, is perfect for an indoor ceremony, a reception lounge or the late-night dance floor.

The Terrace opens off the Main Room, just waiting for festoon lights, outdoor dining and your first dance.
