VOUCHER FAQS
How long are vouchers valid?
Purchased vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Donated vouchers (for example, raffle and charity prizes) are valid for 12 months. The expiry date is shown on every voucher.
How do I book with my voucher?
Email barnsoffreeling@venyu.com.au or call 08 8159 8590 with your voucher code and the dates you’d like. Vouchers can’t be entered in our online booking system, so please get in touch and we’ll take care of it for you.
Which nights can I use my voucher on?
Any night, subject to availability. Our normal minimum stays apply (2 nights over Easter, Christmas to New Year and long weekends), and weekend dates open 6 months ahead.
What if my stay costs more or less than my voucher?
If your stay costs more, you can pay the difference when you book. If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on your voucher for a future stay, within the 3 years.
Can I check my voucher balance?
Yes. Use the “Check your gift voucher balance” link under the voucher shop above, or just ask us.
Can I use a voucher for a wedding or event?
No. Vouchers are for accommodation stays only.
Can I get a printed voucher?
Vouchers are sent by email as a PDF, so you can print it at home or forward it on.
