Barn Studios
Set within the historic machinery barn, one of the original 1920’s farming buildings on the property, this space has been completely restored and transformed into three elegantly designed and luxurious self-contained king studios.
Framed by original hand-laid local limestone and bluestone walls, the studios have been designed to complement the historic charm of the building with high-raked ceilings and reclaimed timber from the Kingscote Pier used alongside stylish contemporary finishes.
Awash with muted colours, the self-contained studios have been designed in a contemporary Australian style, each with its own scheme representing the natural environment beyond. The centrepiece of each room and feature behind the king sized bed is the original stonework wall, a beautifully rustic nod to the past.
Every room also features quality wooden cabinetry, a bespoke timber coffee table, small dining area, and a kitchenette with sink. A unique bold fabric armchair adds a splash of fun to the space, and an oversized couch is perfect for lazing away the afternoon, Barossa wine in hand.
Oak barn doors lead to a generous and stylish ensuite bathroom, which offers the warmth of heated flooring, a large walk-in shower, and soaking tub with views to the outside private courtyard garden and paddocks beyond.

Silos
The Silos are custom-built grain silos, locally manufactured in the Barossa, which from the outside look like a simple silo, but on the inside have been stylishly transformed into three fully-insulated boutique accommodation retreats.
With a soaring roofline, polished concrete flooring and black steel accents, the open-plan lounge, dining and kitchenette area instantly creates the feeling of a trendy New York loft apartment. The warm toned living space has been appointed with comfortable contemporary furnishings, including beautiful panelling and geometric accent pendant lights in the dining area.
The slimline kitchenette and bar space features engineered stone benchtops and nickel tapware. Adjacent to the bar area is the generously appointed bathroom featuring separate toilet, luxurious walk in shower, deep soaking tub, extra wide vanity and underfloor heating.
A curved staircase leads up to a light-filled loft bedroom and additional sitting area that opens out to a spacious balcony through glass French doors. The bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and a textured accent wall that also doubles as storage, with cleverly designed built-in cabinetry, offering plenty of space to hang a suit or cocktail dress and store luggage. An additional sink and drinks fridge is also tucked away here - enjoy a glass of bubbles from the balcony as the sun sets without having to venture downstairs.
The centrepiece of the bedroom is the central skylight set into the roof of the silo, so you can gaze at the star-lit Barossa night from the warmth of the cosy bed, and when you wake up enjoy a lazy morning enjoying the view of the open fields through the large picture windows.
NOTE: The Silos are not suitable for families with children, due to the nature of the building being an open two-storey space. While the staircases do have handrails, we recommend families with children stay in one of our luxurious Barn Studios.
